Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PromptPlay (distributed under Android Package ID: com.voltearn.app), you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, you must not download, install, or use PromptPlay, and you must immediately uninstall the application from your device.

Eligibility & User Access

PromptPlay operates completely without user accounts, sign-ups, or login requirements:

• No User Account Required: You do not need to register, provide personal credentials, or create a password to access any prompts or sticker features. All features are accessible immediately upon launch.
• 100% Local Storage: All saved prompts, bookmarks, and custom sticker selections are stored strictly inside your personal device's local application storage.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the application strictly in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Description of Services

PromptPlay is a mobile utility and creative discovery platform providing the following primary services:

Permanent Retirement of Voltearn Reward Features

• Zero Cash or Virtual Value: PromptPlay does not offer real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, bank payouts, or cash-equivalent rewards.
• No "Volts" or "Energy" Balance: Virtual points, energy meters, task completion tokens, daily coin caps, and withdrawal portals have been completely removed.
• No Paid Mini-Games: Arcade mini-games (e.g. VoltBounce, VoltLinks, Dot10) have been retired in favor of AI prompt discovery and sticker packs.
• Free-to-Use Utility: PromptPlay is provided as a free utility. No user funds, deposits, or investments are accepted or maintained.

AI Prompts Usage & Third-Party Services

The text prompts provided within PromptPlay are designed as creative guides, educational examples, and prompt engineering references:

• No Guarantee of Output: Artificial intelligence generative models produce variable outputs. PromptPlay cannot guarantee that using a given prompt in an external engine (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or Gemini) will yield specific visual or textual results.
• Third-Party Compliance: When utilizing prompts in external tools, you are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs adhere to that platform's respective Terms of Service and Acceptable Use policies.
• Lawful Generation: You agree not to use PromptPlay prompts to generate defamatory, obscene, illegal, non-consensual, or infringing content.

Free Fire Stickers & WhatsApp Integration Terms

PromptPlay includes a custom WhatsApp sticker pack creator adhering to official WhatsApp technical specifications:

• Pack Limits: In strict compliance with WhatsApp's sticker specification, each exported sticker pack must contain a minimum of 3 stickers and a maximum of 10 stickers.
• Local Execution: Pack compilation and asset transfer take place entirely on your device via com.voltearn.app.stickercontentprovider.
• Personal & Fan Use: Sticker graphics are provided strictly for private, non-commercial messaging among fans and players. Users are prohibited from reselling or repackaging individual sticker assets.

Advertisements & Rewarded Ads

PromptPlay is supported by third-party advertising served through Google AdMob:

• User-Initiated Rewarded Ads: Unlocking custom sticker pack export to WhatsApp may be offered in exchange for voluntarily viewing a short video advertisement.
• Valid Verification: Ad unlocks are granted only upon genuine, verified completion of the advertisement.
• Prohibited Actions: Users are strictly prohibited from using automated clickers, bots, emulators, or VPN spoofing to artificially generate ad impressions or bypass ad timers. Any such manipulation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Automated Scraping: Using web scrapers, crawlers, or automated bots to extract prompts, images, or assets in bulk from PromptPlay.
• Decompilation & Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or modifying the PromptPlay application binary or underlying APIs.
• Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or security of our infrastructure or third-party integrations.
• Fraudulent Activity: Attempting to exploit software defects or spoof device identifiers.

Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary software, code, user interface designs, custom graphics, app branding, layouts, and curated database compilations of PromptPlay are the intellectual property of PromptPlay and its licensors.

PromptPlay grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to install and use the application on your personal Android device strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Third-Party Trademarks & Legal Disclaimers

All third-party trademarks, product names, and brand logos referenced within PromptPlay are the property of their respective owners:

• Garena Free Fire: Garena, Free Fire, and all associated logos are registered trademarks of Garena International. PromptPlay is an independent fan community application.
• WhatsApp: WhatsApp and the WhatsApp logo are registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
• ChatGPT / OpenAI: ChatGPT and OpenAI are registered trademarks of OpenAI, Inc.
• Non-Affiliation: PromptPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Garena International, Meta Platforms, Inc., or OpenAI, Inc.

User Feedback & Submissions

If you voluntarily submit comments, suggestions, ratings, or bug reports through our feedback features, you grant PromptPlay a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, implement, and incorporate your feedback into our services without obligation of compensation or attribution.

Termination & Discontinuation

Because PromptPlay operates without user accounts, you may terminate this agreement at any time simply by ceasing use of the application and uninstalling it from your device.

Uninstalling or clearing app storage immediately and permanently removes all your saved bookmarks, preferences, and local cache. PromptPlay reserves the right to restrict application access or block abusive requests (such as automated scrapers or ad manipulation bots) at the network or device level.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PromptPlay is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PromptPlay, its developers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, device damage, or interruption of business arising out of your access to or inability to use PromptPlay.

Governing Law & Severability

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by an authoritative court, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
