Welcome to PromptPlay (Application Package Name: com.voltearn.app). We respect your personal privacy and are committed to maintaining transparent, responsible data practices.

PromptPlay is a mobile utility application dedicated to curated AI prompt discovery (such as image generation prompts, character designs, logos, and YouTube thumbnails) and Free Fire sticker packs designed for seamless export into WhatsApp.

This Privacy Policy governs your use of PromptPlay across Android devices, related web documentation, and community resources. It clarifies what minimal data is collected, how it is processed, and your privacy rights.

Information We Collect

PromptPlay collects only the minimal data required to deliver core application functionality, maintain stability, prevent abuse, and support advertising delivery:

Feedback & Rating Submissions

When you optionally submit feedback through the in-app feedback dialog (rating mood, qualitative review, and suggestions), this information is transmitted securely to help us identify bugs and improve PromptPlay features.

What We Do NOT Collect

To ensure clarity and trust, PromptPlay explicitly does NOT collect or access:

• No User Account or Login Credentials: We do not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, usernames, or passwords, because PromptPlay operates completely without user accounts.
• No Banking or Financial Data: We do not ask for credit card numbers, debit cards, UPI credentials, or bank accounts.
• No Private WhatsApp Chats or Contacts: Our sticker export strictly uses Android's local content provider specification. We have zero access to your chats, contact lists, or messages.
• No External AI Chat Logs: When opening prompts in third-party applications (such as ChatGPT), we do not receive or monitor your conversations, outputs, or external accounts.
• No Precise GPS Location: We do not track your real-time GPS coordinates. Only broad country-level geolocation derived from IP is used for ad delivery and language localization.
• No Biomarkers or Private Media: We do not access your camera roll, microphone, or private gallery images.

How We Use Information

Information collected by PromptPlay is used solely for standard operational purposes:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing firms for monetary consideration.

WhatsApp Sticker Integration

PromptPlay includes native integration to export curated Free Fire sticker packs into WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business:

• Official Specification: Our implementation follows the official Android WhatsApp Sticker ContentProvider architecture under authority com.voltearn.app.stickercontentprovider.
• Local Generation: Pack assets (512x512 PNG images and metadata JSON) are processed locally within the app's secure internal sandbox.
• Zero Message Access: The permission com.whatsapp.sticker.READ permits WhatsApp to read sticker image files from our content provider upon your request; it does not grant PromptPlay any reciprocal access to your WhatsApp data.

Third-Party AI Assistant Handoff

PromptPlay allows users to tap "Open in ChatGPT" on prompt detail screens to send prompt text directly into the official ChatGPT Android app:

• Standard Android Intents: This handoff is executed strictly using standard Android ACTION_SEND text/plain intent mechanics.
• No Automation or Screen Scraping: PromptPlay never uses AccessibilityServices, fake keyboard events, or screen scraping.
• Independent Privacy Terms: Once the prompt text is handed over to ChatGPT or any other external application, the processing of that text and resulting outputs are governed by OpenAI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Advertisements & Google AdMob

To maintain PromptPlay as a free resource without requiring paid subscriptions, we display third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob:

• Ad Formats: In-feed native/banner placements, non-intrusive transition interstitials, and user-initiated rewarded ads (such as watching an ad to unlock sticker pack export).
• Data Collected by Ad Networks: Google AdMob may process device identifiers (including the Google Advertising ID), IP address for coarse regional serving, and ad interaction metrics in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies.
• Ad Personalization Opt-Out: You can reset or opt out of personalized ad targeting at any time on your Android device by visiting: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset or Delete Advertising ID.

Analytics & Crash Diagnostics

We utilize Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to monitor performance, detect unhandled exceptions, and resolve application bugs promptly:

• Crash diagnostic logs include device hardware model, Android version, app build timestamp, and stack traces at the point of failure.
• Crash reports contain zero sensitive personal messages or prompt text. Diagnostic data is retained for a limited duration solely to resolve software defects.

Push Notifications

PromptPlay may occasionally send push notifications to inform you of new trending AI prompt categories, new Free Fire sticker collections, and essential app updates.

You have full control over push notifications. You can disable or re-enable them at any time directly through your Android device settings under Settings > Apps > PromptPlay > Notifications.

Data Retention & Local Data Deletion

Because PromptPlay operates completely without user accounts or cloud user profiles, we do not store any personal identity records or account databases on external servers:

• 100% Local Device Storage: Saved prompts, bookmarks, custom sticker pack selections, and app preferences reside strictly inside your device's private local application sandbox.
• Instant User Data Deletion: You have complete, instantaneous control over your data. Clearing app storage in Android Settings (Settings > Apps > PromptPlay > Storage > Clear Storage) or uninstalling PromptPlay permanently wipes all your saved prompts, preferences, and cached assets immediately without needing to submit deletion requests.
• Feedback Submissions: If you voluntarily submitted in-app feedback and wish to request removal of your message, you may contact us at [email protected].

Data Security & Encryption

We employ industry-standard technical safeguards to protect your information:

• All network communications between PromptPlay and backend infrastructure are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS).
• Cloud databases enforce strict row-level security (RLS) rules ensuring users can only read and modify their own saved bookmarks.
• No sensitive passwords, payment details, or credentials are ever stored on our servers.

Children's Privacy

PromptPlay is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will promptly remove such records from our systems.

To avoid any public ambiguity:

• Garena Free Fire: Free Fire and related logos are registered trademarks of Garena International / 111dots Studio. Sticker art is curated for fan community expression under fair dealing.
• WhatsApp: WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. PromptPlay uses the public Android sticker content provider API.
• ChatGPT / OpenAI: ChatGPT is a registered trademark of OpenAI, Inc. PromptPlay uses standard Android intent sharing.
• Affiliation: PromptPlay is an independent application and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Garena, Meta Platforms, or OpenAI.
